These Terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Saxon Sue. By booking a session, purchasing a ticket, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

Saxon Sue offers:

  • Online reflective tarot readings

  • Tarot lessons

  • Seasonal gatherings, talks and workshops

  • Ceremony work where appropriate

All services are provided in good faith and with professional integrity.

Nature of Tarot Readings

Su’s Tarot readings are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Tarot readings are reflective and conversational in nature.

They are not:

  • Medical advice

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Psychological therapy

  • A substitute for professional services

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions following a session.

No guarantees are offered regarding specific outcomes.

Booking & Payment

All tarot sessions must be booked in advance through the website.

Payment is required at the time of booking.

Workshop and event tickets must also be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Cancellation Policy – Tarot Sessions

Tarot sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Workshops and Events

Workshop and event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Saxon Sue.

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferable at the organiser’s discretion but are not guaranteed to be refundable.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late to an online session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

Full fees apply.

Right to Refuse Service

Saxon Sue reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where:

  • Behaviour is inappropriate or abusive

  • Boundaries are not respected

  • The requested service falls outside professional scope

Any refund in such circumstances will be at discretion.

Intellectual Property

All website content, writing, teaching materials and session frameworks remain the intellectual property of Saxon Sue.

Materials may not be reproduced, recorded or distributed without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its functioning.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Saxon Sue shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions made by clients following a session

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
