End of Life Doula

After 35 years as a nurse, including time in emergency care, I now walk alongside people and their families at the end of life.

Practical support

This role is wide and diverse. It is about supporting an individual and their family during their End of Life journey. This can take the form of very practical help and advice with funerals, access to services, legal issues or just doing the shopping.

Spiritual support

There is also an element of supporting the spiritual journey that individuals go on, whatever that may be. It is focused on the individual’s spiritual needs, reflecting their beliefs, not those of myself as the doula.
