TAROT LESSONS
Learn tarot as a tool for self-reflection,
mindfulness & personal growth
Learning tarot with me, is all about developing a relationship with the cards, understanding how imagery, symbolism, and story work on the mind, and how they help you notice the patterns in your own life.
You begin to trust your instincts again.
Not in a dramatic way — just steadily. Quietly.
You notice patterns earlier. You recognise when you’re repeating something. You understand where you’re holding stress or old stories that no longer fit.
Tarot as mindfulness practice
Tarot, used properly, creates stillness.
It helps you hear yourself think. It helps you respond rather than react. It gives your mind something to focus on so the noise settles.
For people who are empathic, intuitive, or easily overwhelmed, this becomes a filter. You learn how to manage intuition instead of being flooded by it.
Many people find this helpful if they:
feel mentally overloaded
are empathic or intuitive
are neurodivergent
struggle with boundaries or overthinking
Used this way, tarot becomes a filter — helping you work with intuition without being overwhelmed.
You can explore this reflective approach further in The Lore
I don’t teach tarot by rote.
You won’t be memorising lists of meanings. You’ll be learning through association, imagery, and story — because that’s how understanding actually stays with you.
You’ll spend time with the cards. You’ll sit with them. You’ll build your own relationship with them.
A grounded, practical way to learn tarot
Meanings change depending on context, where the card sits, what the question is, who it relates to. I will teach you how to recognise those shifts, so you’re not dependent on a book or someone else’s authority.
The goal isn’t to get it “right.”
It’s to learn how to interpret responsibly and confidently.
This is for you if:
You want depth rather than shortcuts
You’re interested in symbolism and story
You’re willing to reflect honestly
You don’t want performance spirituality
It’s not for people looking for quick answers or something flashy.
